Parking
Free and street parking are available near Curated Spaces. Guests are responsible for observing all posted parking signs and restrictions. We recommend allowing additional time for parking and arrival before your scheduled event.
House Rules
No alcohol, smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are permitted. Outside food and decorations are welcome. Confetti, glitter, open flames, and anything that may damage the space are prohibited. Guests are responsible for leaving the space in the condition it was received. All events must end at the contracted time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event may receive a credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted with at least 7 days' notice and is subject to availability.
Deposit Requirements
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Bookings made within 7 days of the event require payment in full.
